Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities within the insurance market, leveraging various channels to expand our client base.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads through to conversion, and providing regular updates and reports on progress to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and foster new connections.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance sector, is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
