Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager / Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and expand our presence in the Akola region. If you have a passion for business development and a track record in B2B or field sales, we’d like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new corporate or business clients in the region.
Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
Develop strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients.
Maintain sales reports and keep management updated on progress.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in sales (BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client-handling and business relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
