India’s Leading Insurance Company is looking for a Business Development Manager – Agency Channel in Ahmedabad Gujarat
This position aims to hire qualified advisors (freelancers) and support and teach them so they can buy insurance policies from the market and then provide customer service.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting by presenting career opportunities to potential advisors
- Recruiting confident advisors via the marketplace, natural resources, and other channels
- Make sure advisers receive proper training on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.
- Monitoring and evaluating advisors’ business performance
- By going to customer meetings with the advisers, impart product and practical training.
- Helping advisers understand the sales process and hitting revenue goals
- Assisting in the need analysis of potential customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and delighting customers
- Carrying out a range of recruitment and sales promotional activities
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets
Required Competencies:
- Result-orientation, proactive with good communication & presentation skills
- Building & Leveraging Relationships
- Team-playing ability
Candidates Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing in any industry
- Age should be between 22 to 38 Years
