Job Description

India’s Largest Insurance Organization Is urgently looking for a Business Development Manager for their Agency Channel Department.

In the agency channel, you must find and build your own group of financial advisors from the open market using a marketing strategy, and you must increase business volume by giving them support and training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementing networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to identify potential customer
  • Set and attained sales and earnings goals
  • Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
  • Creating and organising a range of sales activities
  • Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics
  • Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals
  • Maintaining technical expertise by participating in conferences and seminars

 

Applicants Requirement:

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of any domain
  • Age: 22 to 38 Years
