Business Development Manager

CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1 – 6 years Sales experience any field

Key Responsibilities:

– Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents for life insurance sales.

– Drive sales through advisors, channel partners, and direct sourcing.

– Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

– Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure policy renewals.

– Motivate the team for higher performance and productivity.

– Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.

Requirements:

– Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream).

– 1-6 years of experience in Sales

– Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

– Ability to build and manage a team.

– Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
