Job Description

The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.

Roles and Responsibility:

•  Generate leads from open market
•  Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
• Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders.
• Build and maintain relationship with customer.
• Supporting them to achieve their goals.
• Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow.
• Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
• Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
• Training the advisors and business partners.

Requirement:

• Experience 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing
•  Candidate must be having field sales experience.
• Good communication skill
• Candidate should be Local where applying.
