Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Officer to manage sales operations in a designated region. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market reach, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients in the territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback.
• Submit regular sales performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or regional sales operations.
• Strong negotiation and fieldwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
