Job Title: Business Development Officer – Agency Channel
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Officer to manage agent recruitment and drive insurance sales through the agency model. The ideal candidate should have field sales experience and strong knowledge of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new life insurance agents in the local area
- Train and support agents on company products and processes
- Drive business through agent network to meet monthly targets
- Monitor agent activity and ensure regular client follow-ups
- Conduct field visits and market surveys as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (Life Insurance preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with local geography and network
