Business Development Representative
Location: Vijayawada

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be to generate new business by identifying and qualifying leads. You will assist the sales team by setting up meetings and ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound leads and create new opportunities for the sales team.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking.
Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
Keep accurate records of leads and report on sales activities.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Age: 22-37 years.
Preference for local candidates Only.

Compensation:

Salary (CTC): ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA
