Job Description

Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
  • Previous experience in Field sales
  • Strong communication
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
