Job Description

A Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and generating new business opportunities, often acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business through cold outreach and networking.
  • Set meetings or demos for senior sales teams to engage with potential clients.
  • Track and update prospect information in CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP to ensure they meet the company’s criteria

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
