Job Description

The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings or product demos for sales executives.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate how the company’s solutions can address those needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and outreach targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic sales frameworks
