Job Description
The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential clients in target markets.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings or product demos for sales executives.
- Understand customer needs and communicate how the company’s solutions can address those needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and outreach targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic sales frameworks
