Job Role:
A dynamic Business Development Representative is needed to guide, mentor, and motivate agents in order to boost output and expansion.
Positions and Duties:
Hire, develop, and lead a group of agents to meet individual and group performance objectives.
Evaluate performance on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism and specialized development plans.
Create and carry out interesting training initiatives to improve agent competencies.
To match agent development with corporate objectives, collaborate closely with leadership.
Experience & Qualifications:
Must have earned their degree.
at least one year of experience in marketing and sales, in any field.
demonstrated capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.
Capacity to inspire and guide a group of people to accomplish organizational objectives.
outstanding ability to establish rapport with clients and agents.
