Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online channels, networking, and market analysis.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales, business development
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research, prospecting, and cold-calling skills
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification methodologies
