Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online channels, networking, and market analysis.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales, business development
  • Bachelor’s degree is must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong research, prospecting, and cold-calling skills
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification methodologies
