Job Summary: 
We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our insurance advisor network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing high-performing agents and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit and  and quarterly sales targets through effective team management.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • 2+ years in sales/marketing (any sector).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and field management skills.
