Business Development Representative to expand our life insurance market through agency partnerships, offering innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

·         Cultivate and manage relationships with agency partners.

·         Identify and pursue new agency partnerships to expand market reach.

·         Provide training, support, and sales strategies to agency partners.

·         Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.

·         Must be local

·         Age limit 21 to 38

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.
