We are seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our presence in the life insurance market by forming strategic partnerships with agencies, delivering innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with agency partners.
• Identify and pursue new partnerships to expand market penetration.
• Provide training, support, and effective sales strategies to agency partners.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree.
• Possesses strong analytical skills focused on achieving goals.
• Must reside locally.
• Age between 21 and 38 years.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
