We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing life insurance agency channel. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our company and independent insurance agencies, fostering new partnerships and expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Become an agency champion: Identify and cultivate relationships with high-potential independent insurance agencies within your assigned territory.
Present with passion: Educate agencies on our life insurance products, highlighting their features and benefits to their clients.
Growth through partnership: Collaborate with agencies to develop customized marketing and sales strategies, driving increased sales of our products.
The support system: Provide ongoing support and resources to agencies, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Pipeline builder: Actively generate leads and qualify new agency prospects, contributing to the growth of our distribution network.
Stay informed: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor landscape, and life insurance products.
Requirements:
Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
Has a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must.
Experience Minimum of 1 year in sales.
Location Must reside locally.
