Business Development Representative – Agency Channel

Tekpillar is in search of a Business Development Representative , a Business Development Representative Planning & Implementation of the marketing plans in lines of property, liability, employee benefits insurance programs, and specialty lines. This position also involves understanding the client’s industry to provide them best solutions related to corporate Insurance program.

Roles & Responsibility:-

• Should recruit Sales Advisors(Agents), build a high-performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies.

• You will accompany the team on pre and post – sales such as claim settlement.

• Distribution of insurance products through Life Advisors.

Requirements:-

• Graduation is must

• Age 21 yrs to 38 years

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales

• Local candidate
