Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team and propel our growth initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:

Unearth new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Forge strong client connections by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions.
Partner with the sales team to convert leads into clients, providing valuable insights and support.
Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and identifying expansion opportunities.
Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.

To thrive in this role, you’ll possess:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of business development or sales experience (preferably in the [BFSI domain] is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
