Job Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities :

·  Identify, recruit, and onboard potential agents/agencies to the company’s network.

·  A strong sales orientation with the ability to engage and motivate your team.

·  Develop and execute strategies to enhance agent productivity and boost business growth.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with agents/agencies to ensure long-term partnerships.

· Act as a point of contact for agents, resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 1-2 of experience in sales

Age Range: 21 to 38 years old.

Local candidates are preferred.
