We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth for the organization.
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Conduct research to identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Initiate outbound communications to potential customers and partners, effectively articulating the company’s value proposition.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, decision-making process, and potential fit for our solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads qualified meetings, demos.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities to effectively engage prospects.
Candidate profile :-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Experience:1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Skills:-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage with and influence decision-makers at various levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
