Job Description

To help expand our agency channel in the life insurance industry, we are looking for an inspired and successful Business Development Representative. In order to increase our distribution network, this position involves finding, screening, and developing possible agency partners.

LOCATION : RAIGANJ 

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3. 20 LPA 

responsibilities
• Prospecting: Using a variety of methods such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking, find and provide leads for possible agency partnerships.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate possible agency partners according to factors including size, market reach, and connection with corporate objectives to determine their suitability for our company.
• Relationship Building: Use follow-up and efficient communication to create and maintain solid connections with possible agency partners.
• Sales Presentations: Create and deliver informative talks that highlight the value proposition of our business and the advantages of working with us.
• Negotiation: Complete cooperation agreements and take part in contract negotiations.
• Sales Support: Work together with the sales team to offer the assistance that is required throughout the sales process.
• Market Research: To find possible agency partners and market trends, conduct market research.
