Business Executive – BFSI

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Business Executive – BFSI to promote and sell banking, financial, and insurance products. The role involves client interaction, lead generation, and achieving sales targets in the BFSI sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell financial products like insurance, or investment plans
• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable BFSI solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide post-sale customer support and ensure documentation is complete

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
