Job Summary:
The Business Growth Manager is responsible for expanding business operations in a designated area by hiring, training, and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and foster market growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and lead financial advisors to meet business goals.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor performance and refine strategies based on analytics and market trends.
  • Provide continuous training, mentorship, and support to the team.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen client and agent relationships for sustained business growth.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any industry.
  • 3+ years experience in native or residential.
  • Proven expertise in target achievement and team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
