Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor performance and refine strategies based on analytics and market trends.
- Provide continuous training, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen client and agent relationships for sustained business growth.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in any industry.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Proven expertise in target achievement and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
