Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, hire, and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors.
- Create and execute business development plans to drive revenue.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance advisor productivity.
- Provide strategic insights to improve overall sales performance.
- Track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a sales team effectively.
