Job Description
We’re seeking a Business Growth Partner to drive strategic partnerships, foster long-term relationships, and uncover new opportunities for business growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to accelerate revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that fuel business growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies
- Negotiate and structure deals to maximize growth potential
- Track and analyze partnership performance to optimize results
- Contribute to business development strategies and revenue forecasting.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-focused and self-motivated
- Graduation Is Mandatory.
- Age Criteria is 21 to 38.
