Job Summary:
The Business Head – Insurance is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational performance, and profitability of the insurance business unit. The Business Head acts as a key decision-maker, aligning business objectives with market trends and ensuring competitive advantage in the market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall strategy for the insurance business.
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets, products, and distribution channels.
- Align business goals with the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
- Drive sales and revenue growth across all channels (agency, bancassurance, digital, etc.).
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Expand the customer base and improve penetration in target segments.
- Oversee the design and development of insurance products tailored to customer needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
