As a Business Outreach Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the organization’s growth by executing targeted outreach initiatives. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and fostering strong relationships to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and connect with potential clients and business partners.
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate quality leads.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals and meet revenue targets.
Monitor outreach activities and report performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 1-3 years in business development, direct sales, or client engagement.
Skills: Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive in exploring business opportunities.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing outreach activities.
Education: Minimum undergraduate degree.
Age Limit: 22 to 35 years.
Preference: Candidates from Hyderabad and nearby regions.
Compensation:
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA
