Position: Business Partner Manager

CTC: Up To ₹4 LPA + Incentives

🔸 Role Overview:
Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic business partners to drive sales, revenue, and long-term collaboration.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new business partners and channel allies
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners
Drive partner performance to achieve mutual revenue goals
Provide product and sales training to partner teams
Act as a bridge between company and partners for business alignment

🔸 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory
2+ years in business partner/channel management
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Understanding of business operations and partner ecosystems
