Job Summary:
The Business Partner Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships to drive business performance. This role focuses on partner onboarding, enablement, and ensuring achievement of sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business partners or agencies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
- Drive partner performance through training, support, and motivation
- Ensure partners comply with company and regulatory policies
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner servicing
Requirements:
- Graduate with 3–6 years’ experience in channel/business partner management
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a growth mindset
- Knowledge of insurance/financial services (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
