Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Find and attract high-quality advisers to build a strong advisory base.
– Constantly provide instruction regarding products, corporate procedures, and sales strategies.
– Support advisors with lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
– Ensure advisers provide appropriate financial solutions to customers based on requirements analysis while adhering to applicable business processes and norms.
– Meet monthly business targets for new business generation and recruitment of agency advisors.
– Ensure that sales through the team of advisors are consistent with all business quality measures.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authenticating and validating their concerns with the appropriate authorities.
Candidate Requirements:
– One or more years of experience in any sales industry.
– Education: Graduate.
– Age: Between 22 and 38 years
– Strong sales skills and excellent communication skills.
