Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
– Consistently hiring new agents and advisers. Agreement and continual monitoring of its activation.
– Manage health-related retail merchandise.
– Creating partnerships with agents.
– Conduct regular field tours to introduce insurance products to agents and individuals.
– Communicating with several divisions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
– Meet with agents, lead providers, and intermediates on a regular basis and maintain detailed records.
– Training and inspiring agents to enter contests and win money.
Candidate Requirements:
– At least two years of sales experience in any field.
– Education level: graduate.
– Age: between 22 and 38 years.
– Excellent sales ability and communication capabilities.
