– Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.
– Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
Candidate Requirements :
– Education : Any graduate is qualified.
– Age range : 21 to 38 years old.
– Capable CTC of 4.00 lpa
– Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
