Key Responsibilities: –
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with life insurance agents.
- Collaborate with agents to set sales goals, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver impactful product and sales training programs to enhance agents’ skills and knowledge.
Actively participate in attracting and onboarding high-potential agents. Equip agents with essential marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional resources to support their business growth.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving goals and building client relationships.
- Local candidates preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of independent work.
