Roles And Responsibilities ::
- Comprehend prospect organizations and articulate how our solutions align with their goals.
- Responsible for daily MIS and call quality metrics; compile reports for Business Development workflow feedback.
- Acquire and close clients in B2B sales.
- Drive sales by mapping the market and nurturing client relationships for new business.
- Ensure timely follow-ups in the business development process.
- Possess a strong market connect with sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates as per reporting requirements.
- Meet daily calling targets for weekly, monthly, and quarterly market development.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels.
Required Candidate Profile ::
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Sales Experience Mini. 3 to 5 + Years in Banking/Insurance or from Investment Industry
- Age: Between 21 to 40 years
- One with a pleasant personality, good communication skills and a go getter attitude
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
