About the Position:
Looking for a sharp Business Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales for the Kolkata region. You’ll recruit, lead, and train a small team while handling key client relationships.
Role Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through direct field visits
Convert sales leads into successful business
Build your local agent team and coach them regularly
Monitor performance and implement feedback
Maintain accurate sales and client records
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any stream
1–3 years of sales or marketing experience
Age limit: 22–40 years
Kolkata-based candidates only
