Job Description

The Business Sales Leader is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or concerns promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for insurance sales.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance policies based on customer requirements.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in insurance sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of insurance products
