The Business Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through direct customer acquisition. The role focuses on lead generation, customer interaction, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through direct sales activities
• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
• Explain products and services to customers clearly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
• Update sales activities and customer details in CRM systems
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory
• 1+ Experience in field sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
