A Business Sales Role in the BFSI sector involves selling financial products or services to individuals or businesses, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Recommend product improvements based on market feedback.
- Promote and sell a range of financial products including loans, insurance, investment plans, mutual funds, credit cards, and banking solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Qualifications:

- 2+ years in Field sales and marketing
- Strong knowledge of banking, insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
