Role Overview:
We are hiring CASA Sales Executives to acquire Current and Savings Account (CASA) customers through field sales. This is a target-driven role ideal for energetic and customer-focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new CASA customers via field visits & cold calls
  • Explain banking products & benefits to customers
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
  • Provide excellent service and follow-up support

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to do fieldwork
  • Local area knowledge is a plus
