Job Title: CASA Sales Manager
Location: Vapi
CTC: ₹2.39–3.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive acquisition of Current Account and Savings Account customers
• Lead and mentor a team of field sales executives
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads
• Ensure daily productivity, customer onboarding, and documentation compliance
• Track and achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets
• Build strong customer relationships for long-term business

Eligibility:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 0–2 years of CASA or banking sales experience
• Team handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of local market and customer base
