Hiring a CASA Sales Manager to lead a team for Current & Savings Account acquisition in the Valsad region. The role involves team management, field sales, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage CASA sales team
- Drive account opening targets
- Execute local field sales strategies
- Ensure KYC compliance
- Cross-sell bank products (FDs, Loans, etc.)
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years in CASA sales, 1+ year team leadership
- Good communication & local market knowledge
- Goal-oriented with leadership skills
