Job Title: CASA Sales Officer
Location: Anand, Gujarat
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:
We are hiring a CASA Sales Officer to drive Current and Savings Account (CASA) acquisition through field sales in Anand. This is a high-energy, target-based role suited for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new CASA customers via field visits, cold calls, and referrals
  • Promote and explain savings/current account features
  • Meet daily/monthly account opening targets
  • Cross-sell other banking products (FDs, Loans, etc.)
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory (any stream)
  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales (Freshers welcome)
  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Willing to travel within Anand and surrounding areas
  • Sales-focused with a proactive attitude
