Job Title: CASA Sales Representative
Location: Bharuch
Type: Full-Time, On-Roll
CTC: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Drive sales of Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) by acquiring new customers.
- Lead Generation: Conduct field visits, engage in cold calling, and work on lead referrals to generate new business.
- Sales Targets: Meet monthly targets for CASA product acquisition and cross-sell additional banking products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring proper documentation and smooth onboarding.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (any stream) – Freshers welcome
- Age: 21–33 years
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field
