Job Title: CASA Sales Representative – Banking

🔹 Role Overview:
The CASA Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting Current and Savings Account (CASA) products through direct sales, field visits, and local marketing efforts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Acquire customers for savings and current accounts
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and lead generation
Explain product features and assist with account opening
Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets

🔹 Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in field sales or banking (freshers welcome)
Strong communication and selling skills
Willingness to do fieldwork
Age: 21–30 years
