About the Role:

The Channel Development Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships, overseeing agency sales, and managing relationships with channel partners in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies through channel partners.
  • Analyze market and sales data to optimize channel sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners for increased sales.
  • Monitor the performance of partners and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales, particularly in channel management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum undergraduate degree.
  • Age: 21-38 years.

Compensation:

CTC-β‚Ή3.20 LPA to β‚Ή3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
