Job Description
A Channel Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding a company’s market reach by establishing and nurturing relationships with distribution partners. This position focuses on developing effective sales channels to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
- Regularly assess and analyze channel performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to inform strategic decisions and improve channel effectiveness.
- work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure cohesive strategies and successful execution of channel initiatives.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or business development
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
