Job Description
The Channel Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding partnerships with distributors, resellers, and other sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand channel partnerships.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners; provide training and support.
-Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to equip partners with tools, resources, and joint initiatives.
-Performance Monitoring: Track and report on channel sales performance to optimize success.
-Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for channel growth.
Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
