Job Description:
We are hiring a Channel Engagement Leader to drive partner/channel engagement initiatives, improve partner performance, and strengthen relationships across banking, financial services, and insurance distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engagement strategies for channels
Improve productivity and retention of channel partners
Conduct regular training, recognition programs, and incentive drives
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success
Analyze partner performance data and generate actionable insights
Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in BFSI
Strong understanding of channel dynamics (agency, banca, or third-party partners)
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience in engagement, training, or loyalty program design is a plus
Willing to travel as required
